The staff were friendly and cute, making me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. I also loved the convenient parking and the fact that they offered a courtesy bus to nearby train stations. The location was ideal, with easy access to local train stations, bus stops for ANZ stadium and Burwood station, and even Olympic Park. the hotel provided a comfortable and convenient experience, with excellent staff and facilities.

The hotel is perfectly located in the inner west, with easy access to great food options for dinner and public transportation. It's also close to Burwood RSL where we were attending a three-day Scrabble tournament. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with well-stocked amenities. The staff is pleasant and helpful, providing excellent service. The continental breakfast offers a good variety of choices, catering to different preferences.
Noise from neighboring rooms can be a problem at times.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We loved that there was a cafe on site, and even when it was closed, we could still purchase wine, beer, and snacks from reception. The bed and linen were of exceptional quality, ensuring a comfortable and restful night's sleep. Despite being located on a main road, the traffic noise was minimal, allowing us to relax and unwind in peace.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Convenient location, only 45 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to Abbotsford. Free parking with two levels underground. Felt safe day and night. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food at the restaurant. Comfortable room with bathtub.
